SHIPPING & DELIVERY

1. We at BUTLERR aim to provide a smooth hassle-free Marketplace experience. We intent to provide our customers with the best products at reasonable prices from Seller’s community .

2. Shipping & delivery Policy must be understood clearly, If you do not agree to the terms contained in this Delivery Policy, you are advised not to accept the Terms of Use and the Delivery Policy. The terms contained in this Delivery Policy shall be accepted without alteration.

3. The Shipping and Delivery information explains the best possible mechanism for Good to be shipped and delivered at your preferred address in India .

4. Products ordered through our website for delivery within India are shipped through our courier partner if the delivery service to the destination is available. In absence of courier service to the desired location, the products may be shipped through other mediums if possible .

5. BUTLERR is committed to deliver all orders with good quality packaging within a span of 10-15 working days (excluding Sundays & Public holidays) under normal circumstances. We ensure that the Product(s) are delivered to end users in a timely manner .

6. All deliveries are as per actual prevailing rates and we as a Company help in choosing the best and cost effective methods to book the shipment . The rates are quoted by Reputed logistics companies and the cost is applied on the final prices ,buyers will have to bear the delivery charges for any bike or item booked by our Portal.

7. The Total Final cost of the item/s will be Product Prices + Packaging + Shipping prices and the same needs to be paid in full to release the Product by Seller /Vendors .

There is no Cash on delivery option as of now .

Delivery will be affected or cancelled for below circumstances :-

Dangerous /Risky weather conditions
Political disruptions, strikes, riots, terrorist attacks , Govt. directed lockdowns, etc.
Acts of God such as floods, earthquakes, tsunami etc.
Other unforeseen /unseen /unprecedented circumstances or acts.

Shipping will be done by best possible mode ,preferred modes are Air mode and Surface mode .

Delivery generally takes about 10-15 days depending on the state laws and transport operating hours .

Once full payment is done AWB [Air waybill ] / Docket no will be shared with the buyer and the same can be tracked online on respective

shipping vendors website or on Toll free numbers .

Do not accept the item if Item is received in below :-
Received damaged product
Received wrong product
Wrong Docket /AWB no.
